For years, I proudly claimed that “trail running is my strength training,” which worked…until it didn’t. I was stuck on the ol’ overuse injury hamster wheel.

After years of nagging injuries, I finally discovered strength training - and it changed my life (and my whole career).

Now I help women train for adventure not aesthetics - in a way that actually fits their big, full lives.
