1:1 coaching can help you reach your performance, strength, or endurance goals by:

  • Preventing feelings of overwhelm by providing a customized-to-you, progressive strength or endurance program that works for your real life (“real you”, not “ideal” you).

  • Making training time more efficient - by taking the guesswork out of what to do, how many, for how long - so you can get in the gym, put your brain on the shelf & just get it done.

  • Build confidence and self-trust - by providing you with the accountability and support of a collaborator, guide, and hypewoman

My most popular coaching packages are highlighted below. Coaching options are flexible and customizable to your preferences, needs, and life - so please feel free to reach out if you would like something different.

REMOTE COACHING SERVICES

Whether you’re a local Vermonter or across the country - remote coaching can help you feel strong, resilient, and mountain-ready. I offer endurance (run or hiking), strength training, and combo (run/hike + strength) services.

Do you offer discounts?

I offer discounted rates for clients who are ready to commit to 6-month or 12-month coaching packages. Committing to a longer term plan (6-12 months) allows me to plan and periodize for your goals - keeping the “end in mind” from the very start. Please contact me for discounted rates.

Why the 3-month minimum?

There are no quick-fixes or 30-day challenges here. Three months of consistent training is a reasonable timeline to start making improvements in strength and endurance - it takes time for the changes that start on the cellular level to translate into gains in muscle mass, strength, capacity or power. In addition, every body is different - while there is science to our “starting point” - it can take time, collaboration and tweaking to dial things in so they best suit you.

In-Person Training

IN PERSON TRAINING IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO MATERNITY LEAVE / CHILDCARE. REMOTE & HYBRID OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

I am proud to offer in-person 1:1 and small group training services at Ethos Athletics, a beautiful and welcoming gym space conveniently located in Burlington’s South End.

Services include:

  • 1:1 personal training - option to add remote/ app-based workouts between sessions

  • “Hybrid” training - remote coaching programming with in-person sessions every 4-6 weeks.

  • Small group training series (approx. 4 folks per class)

  • Group fitness classes

What does remote coaching look like?

Remote coaching is an ideal fit for folks who want a blend of flexilbility (working out on your own schedule, at your own home or gym) and support (having me as your coach to guide, troubleshoot, motivate and provide accountability. While there are plenty of cookie cutter or templated programs out there, 1:1 coaching means the program is customized to you goals, needs, and life/reality (considering time, schedule, equipment, preferences, and barriers).

It takes the guesswork out - by allowing me to create a solid program for you - and allows you to practice autonomy and habit-building so you can develop a movement routine for the long haul.
